Mackenzie and I have become pretty good friends over the past few months through boudoir photography, so when she asked if I would take photos of her adorable family, I was SO excited! I knew her little guy Atticus was the sweetest thing, and I couldn't wait to meet her hubs. We strategized over where to do her shoot, and decided that this log cabin area on Fort Campbell would be perfect! Fast forward to the day of the shoot, and you guys, the weather was INSANE. We went from terrible rain and overcast skies to bright sunshine and back to clouds. Oh, and don't even get me started on the awful humidity and heat! Tennessee weather has NOT been kind to my shoots this year! But despite the awful weather and sweet little Atticus wanting nothing to do with photos, we still got some aaaah-mazing shots!
